Medtronic in India is seeking an entry-level office support professional for the ENT division, providing clinical application and technical support for high-end products such as image-guided systems and neuromonitoring. Training hospital staff and surgeons is part of the role, along with support during live surgeries when required.

A Day in the Life

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle clinical application and technical support for high end products in ENT division like Image guided system and Neuromonitoring.
• Self-motivated individual who actively seeks to enhance his/her knowledge & skills.
• Conduct scheduled training of hospital staff or surgeons on high end equipment s on all possible applications.
• Support during live surgeries in Operation Theaters on regular basis and as per requirements.
• Take active part in workshops and conferences conducted in the region. Handle logistics required for the same.
• Ensure the products are utilized to maximum by the end user.
• Help team with technical/ clinical discussion and provide related technical or clinical material whenever required.
• Travel extensively within the region and at short notice period. This is a field oriented job.
• Ability to work independently while at the same time playing an active team role.
• Periodic documentation and reporting of all activities including field coverage, training and demos.
