Job summary

Meraki Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Co-founder & Head of Product to drive DreamBook from the Building stage to a global market launch. You will own the entire product vision for AI-assisted long-form writing pipelines and international print-on-demand networks.

You will partner with Mukesh Bansal and engineering leadership to design user journeys, implement LLM-based workflows, and build a world-class product team in India.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management with a track record leading teams in consumer tech, creator-focused platforms, or digital media/publishing.
• Proven 0-to-1 track record: scaling products from a blank canvas to millions of users or significant market adoption.
• AI-first product intuition with practical experience building workflows using LLMs and Generative AI for long-form content.
• Design and UX obsession with clean, motivating user experiences that reduce friction for the author’s creative process.
• Bonus: strong passion for digital media, publishing ecosystems, or world-class productivity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the 0-to-1 blueprint: architect product strategy, taxonomy, and core user journeys for an AI-assisted long-form writing pipeline.
• Drive AI and workflow innovation: design intuitive interfaces for AI capabilities, multi‑chapter drafting, text editing, and automated compliance workflows.
• GTM and global scaling: lead integration of digital distribution platforms and international print-on-demand networks.
• Establish product culture: build and mentor a world-class product team out of India, implementing lean, high-velocity processes.

We build moonshot companies from the ground up by turning studio ideas into high‑impact businesses. DreamBook is our active venture in the Creative AI & Publishing space. It is an AI‑driven, end‑to‑end book‑writing and self‑publishing ecosystem that takes authors smoothly from a blank page to a globally distributed published volume. DreamBook captures a premium underserved space by serving creators, CEOs, and domain experts who have grand ideas but lack the time or structured writing process to convert those ideas into print.

As the Co‑founder & Head of Product, you will hold a massive seat at the table, partnering directly with Mukesh Bansal and our engineering leadership to take this product from its current “Building” stage to a global market launch. You will own the entire product vision – from complex generative AI long‑form writing pipelines to international print‑on‑demand distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the 0‑to‑1 Blueprint: Architect the product strategy, taxonomy, and core user journeys for an AI‑assisted long‑form creative writing pipeline.
• Drive AI & Workflow Innovation: Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI capabilities, including multi‑chapter drafting, text editing, structural design, and automated compliance workflows (plagiarism checks, copyright safety).
• GTM & Global Scaling: Lead the integration of digital distribution platforms and global print‑on‑demand networks, optimizing for international markets.
• Establish Product Culture: Build and mentor a world‑class team of product managers and product designers out of India, implementing lean, high‑velocity processes.

What we are looking for

• 12+ Years of Experience in product management, with a stellar track record leading teams in Consumer Tech, Creator‑focused platforms, or Digital Media/Publishing.
• Proven 0‑to‑1 Track Record: Experience scaling products from a blank canvas to millions of users or significant market adoption.
