Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create and optimize CNC programs for precision manufacturing. The role requires strong CNC programming knowledge, machining processes, and the ability to read technical drawings.

You will develop tool paths, select cutting tools, and verify programs on CNC machines, coordinating closely with production and quality teams to ensure adherence to drawings and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as CNC Programmer preferred; freshers considered with training.
• Familiarity with turning, milling, VMC/HMC advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, drilling.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T.
• Develop tool paths using CAM software.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to create, modify, and optimize CNC machine programs for accurate and efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, drilling, and other machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and 3D CAD models.
• Develop efficient tool paths using CNC programming software and CAM systems.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, work-holding methods, speeds, and feeds.
• Set up and prove out programs on CNC machines.
• Perform program simulations and make necessary corrections before production.
• Optimize machining processes to improve productivity, quality, and tool life.
• Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues.
• Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, design, tooling, and quality teams.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming for milling, turning, or multi-axis machines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC turning, milling, VMC, HMC, or multi-axis machining is an advantage.
• Freshers with relevant technical training may also be considered.
