Job summary

Trelleborg India Private Limited, a unit of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, seeks a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join the production team in Bangalore. The role focuses on setting, operating, and monitoring CNC turning machines to fabricate precision sealing components per drawings and control plans.

Candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years CNC turning experience, capable of reading engineering drawings, and fluent in Kannada and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of CNC Turning experience, including tool setting and insert selection.
• Experience in machining/turning of metal or polymer.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, control plans, and work instructions.
• Fluent in Kannada and English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines as per drawings and production requirements.
• Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Support production activities, troubleshoot machine issues, and maintain workflow to meet targets.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join our Production team. The role is responsible for setting, operating, and monitoring CNC turning machines to manufacture precision sealing components in line with engineering drawings, control plans, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• CNC Operation & Setup: Operate and set up CNC machines as per technical drawings and production requirements.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Process & Production Support: Support production activities, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure smooth workflow to meet production targets.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures, machine operating guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CNC Turning operations, including tool setting, insert selection, and understanding of tool life.
• Experience in machining/turning of metal or polymer
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, control plans, and work instructions.
• Fluent in Kannada and English.
