Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC gear hobbers/grinders per drawings.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings and gear specs.
• Familiar with measuring gear parameters and reading tester reports.

• Set up and operate CNC gear hobbing and grinding machines as per drawings.
• Inspect produced gears and verify parameters against specs.
• Select appropriate tooling and fixtures; ensure quality and documentation.

Required Candidate profile

Should have capability to set up machines to produce gears as per drawing & ability to calculate index change gears & differential change gears.

Worked on machines like LIEBHERR, REISHAUER, HURTH etc

Set-up & operate CNC Gear Hobbing / CNC Gear Grinding Machines to produce different gears of various specs.

Understand the drgs, specs to Measure & inspect gear parameters, Read gear tester reports, arrange right tooling & fixtures
