Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a Central Operations / Security professional to monitor CCTV, alarm panels, and sensors, respond to alerts, and coordinate with staff, police, and vendors. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain logs and reports.

Freshers or candidates with CCTV monitoring or data entry experience are welcome. The position involves 24×7 rotational shifts and working closely with branch teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Freshers or any experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, security, or data entry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, MS Excel, and computer applications.
• Good typing accuracy, observation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm panels, panic alerts, motion/PIC sensors, shutter and magnetic contacts.
• Verify and respond to security alerts as per defined SOPs and elevate critical incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with branch staff, security personnel, police, and vendors during alerts or incidents.
• Monitor branch visits during night hours and maintain proper records.
• Conduct basic health checks of CCTV, alarm panels, and sensors; report and follow up on faults with vendors.
• Maintain updated emergency contact details of branches, police, security personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Review CCTV footage and retrieve recordings for incident verification when required.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, shift reports, MIS, and data-entry records.
• Ensure proper shift handover and maintain confidentiality of surveillance and security information.
