Job summary

Bryka Electrosystems & Software is looking for a skilled CMM Programmer in Mumbai, India. The role involves creating and modifying CMM programs using PC-DMIS, interpreting engineering documents, and ensuring quality compliance.

The ideal candidate will assist in the operation of CMM equipment, conduct inspections, and collaborate with the offshore team for maintenance and calibration of CMM machines.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CMM programs offline using software such as PC-DMIS.
• Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T to develop accurate inspection routines.
• Assist in Operation of CMM equipment to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Ensure all measurement and inspection processes meet ISO and internal quality standards.
• Work closely with the offshore team to perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on CMM machines and related equipment.
• Provide feedback to improve part designs and manufacturing processes based on inspection findings.
