Job summary

Superb Land Space in Chennai (India) invites a qualified finance professional to manage budgets, forecasts, and project costing. The role focuses on cost control, profitability analysis, and MIS reporting to support senior management.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Accounts, Sales and Projects teams to drive financial planning, cash flow projections, and efficiency improvements across ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and project-wise cost estimates.
• Monitor and analyse actual costs against budgets and identify variances.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and management reports.
• Analyse project profitability, revenue, expenses and margins.
• Monitor and control project and operational costs.
• Prepare costing statements and financial models for new projects.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for major deviations.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Prepare cash flow projections and monitor project cash requirements.
• Analyse sales, collections, expenses and project performance.
• Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Projects and Management teams for financial data.
• Assist in cost reduction and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper maintenance of cost records and financial documentation.
• Support internal audit, statutory requirements and financial reviews when required.
