Job summary

Paytm Payments Services in India is seeking a senior sales leader for the QR and Soundbox expansion in the Gorakhpur region. The role focuses on growing distribution, market share, and merchant acquisitions.

You will lead a team, articulate solutions to customers, negotiate deals, and drive quota-driven sales in a fast-growing payments environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years experience in sales - business development, B2C markets.
• Fast-growing firm with large team handling.
• Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
• Good sales and negotiation skills. Experience in quota driven sales is a must.
• Experience in payments and finance is a plus - though not mandator

Responsibilities

• Visibility & accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for TLs & FSE.
• Devise best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
