Seraphin Ventures in Pondicherry is seeking a Guest Executive to manage our pondicherry portfolio of 8 heritage villas under Sera Stays. You will oversee property condition, owner relations, team coordination, vendors, audits and admin duties, ensuring guest comfort and service quality.

The role requires independent work, reporting with proof, and proactive problem solving. You will uphold housekeeping standards and strive to enhance guest experiences across all villas.
