Job summary

Hero MotoCorp, headquartered in New Delhi, invites a Cluster Manager to lead operations across countries with growth potential. You will drive sales goals, develop annual country plans, and ensure processes compliance while building a strong distribution network.

The role requires MBA and more than five years in the 2-wheeler sector in commercial areas, plus four years in automotive/oil & gas. You will train dealers, manage stakeholders, and advise on POS infrastructure to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• MBA is required.
• More than 5 years of experience in 2-wheeler commercial sales.
• 4 years of experience in Automotive, Oil & Gas sector in commercials areas.
