Job summary

NephroX is seeking a Certified Dialysis Technician for the Delhi, India area. This full-time on-site role involves preparing and operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patients, and recording vital signs and treatment data.

You will work with nephrology and nursing staff, follow treatment plans, uphold infection control, educate patients, troubleshoot equipment within scope, and maintain a clean treatment area, demonstrating empathy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in dialysis and hemodialysis procedures including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of dialysis equipment.
• Demonstrated ability in patient care, monitoring patient status, providing comfort, and communicating clearly with patients and families.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine related to nephrology and dialysis, including understanding treatment plans and complications.
• Proficiency in measuring, documenting, and interpreting vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and weight changes.
• Valid certification as a Dialysis Technician or equivalent, per local regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a dialysis center or hospital setting is beneficial.
• Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and accurate documentation using records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time effectively, and support patients with empathy and professionalism.

Role Description

The Certified Dialysis Technician at NephroX is responsible for delivering safe and effective dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves preparing and operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, and accurately recording vital signs and treatment data. The technician collaborates with nephrologists and nursing staff, follows prescribed treatment plans, and adheres to infection control and safety protocols. Daily responsibilities include patient education on treatment procedures, supporting patient comfort, troubleshooting equipment issues within scope of practice, and maintaining clean, well-organized treatment areas.
