Job Description:
Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and equipment before, during, and after treatment.
Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatment, checking vital signs and the machines functionality.
Initiate and terminate dialysis procedures following standard protocols.
Ensure cleanliness and disinfection of machines and the dialysis area.
Assist with patient preparation, including weighing, positioning, and connecting to the dialysis machine.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report abnormalities to medical staff immediately.
Maintain accurate records of treatment details, patient condition, and equipment use.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
Provide basic patient education related to dialysis procedures and care.
Coordinate with nurses, nephrologists, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain inventory and stock of dialysis supplies and consumables.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and responsive in high-stress situations.
Physical stamina to work on their feet and assist patients throughout the day.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
