Job summary

Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. seeks a Cluster Head to lead sales growth and profitability across multiple territories. You will guide State Heads, Area Managers and Sales Teams, strengthening dealer networks and driving market expansion.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, market development and stakeholder management to achieve sustainable growth within the cluster.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Experience in Building Materials, Plywood, MDF, Particle Board, Laminates, Paints, or related industries preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of team management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability targets across the assigned cluster.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase market penetration and market share.
• Lead and manage State Heads, Area Managers, and Sales Teams within the cluster.
• Strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
• Build relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, OEMs, and influencers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure achievement of collection targets and healthy receivables management.
• Review business performance through regular sales meetings and field visits.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within the cluster.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports for senior management.

Job Summary
