Edubridge Learning in Mumbai seeks an experienced Center Operations Manager to own the P&L and drive center performance. You will lead center teams, onboard colleges, and build partnerships to support profitable operations and high-quality program delivery.

You will collaborate with the central team on business planning, ensure adherence to CPS/SOPs, invoicing, and branding guidelines, and mentor staff to achieve targets and growth.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to manage centers and teams.
• Strong business and P&L understanding.
• Effective communication across local languages and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own P&L and financial metrics for each center.
• Lead people management and development of center teams.
• Drive collaboration with Centers to support profitability and operations.
• On-board colleges per EduBridge processes and policies.
• Grow partnerships and oversee business planning.
• Manage onboarding colleges and develop programs for delivery.
• Encourage collaboration and resolve conflicts within the team.

• Take full and sole accountability for Projects P&L, Mobilization, Training, placements, operations & Quality.
• On-board all College as per allotted cluster to the processes and policies of EduBridge, and ensure they are followed
• Grow and develop the business/Partnership
• Collaborate with the team during the business planning process
• Manage onboarded college and create development plans to support program delivery
• Encourage collaboration and resolve the conflicts between the team (if any)
