Job summary

EduBridge invites a Center Operations Manager to own operational and financial metrics across centers in Karnataka. You will lead center teams, drive profitability, and ensure process adherence.

You will manage P&L, mobilization, training, placements, and quality; onboard colleges per cluster; foster partnerships; support program delivery and planning; resolve conflicts and build strong center relationships.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational & financial metrics of each center
• Responsible for people management and development of center team
• Drive collaboration with Centers to support profitability and operational activities in the center
• Take full and sole accountability for Projects P&L, Mobilization, Training, placements, operations & Quality.
• On-board all College as per allotted cluster to the processes and policies of EduBridge, and ensure they are followed
• Grow and develop the business/Partnership
• Collaborate with the team during the business planning process
• Manage onboarded college and create development plans to support program delivery
• Encourage collaboration and resolve the conflicts between the team (if any)
• Have profound business acumen in managing centers / team and building relationships
• Skills for business planning and business ownership

• Training = Attendance + throughput + CSM jump + Infra
• Placements = % achievement + TAF + Counselling
