Role Overview:

The CloudOps Engineer II will support, research, implement, and maintain a multitiered fuel and retail cross-marketing system, payments, and data insights. Responsibilities include supporting, deploying, and troubleshooting distributed applications, developing and adapting frameworks to industry best practices, and coordinating activities among Development, QA, and Product teams. The role also involves researching and resolving software bugs during QA, beta, and production phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor servers
Automate common tasks
Perform data mining
Research software issues
Ensure adherence to PCI requirements
Participate in weekly after-hours on-call rotation
Utilize ESP capabilities for campaign deployment, reporting, and managing subscriber lists
Support a data-driven, agile, and innovative approach to member and participant engagement

Qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with Azure/AWS and API services
Some SQL writing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Networking troubleshooting skills
