  • Operate hardware management interfaces such as iLO, iDRAC, and CIMC efficiently.
  • Perform CEPH storage management activities, including OSD operations and cluster flag adjustments.
  • Leverage automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform for provisioning and configuration management.
  • Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Deploy and manage containerised applications using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, ITSM guidelines, operational processes, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored cloud solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement across cloud operations, automation, service reliability, and customer delivery.
You will bring
  • At least 9 years of professional experience in private cloud technologies, particularly OpenStack and Linux administration.
  • Experience in a combined technical and team leadership role.
  • Red Hat OpenStack certification, along with RHCSA and RHCE certifications.
  • Strong Linux administration expertise, including operating system optimisation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting using Bash and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.
  • Working knowledge of SDN, NFV concepts, and microservices or container orchestration platforms.
  • Advanced networking knowledge, including network configuration, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and fault resolution.
  • Experience managing hardware interfaces across enterprise systems, including iLO, iDRAC, and CIMC.
  • Operational expertise in CEPH storage management.
  • Strong understanding of OpenStack components, architecture, resource management, and troubleshooting.
