Job summary

ERM Placement Services seeks a Cloud Security Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in Delhi. You will design, implement and manage cloud security technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel connectors, analytics rules and incident playbooks.

Proficiency in Python, KQL, Logic Apps, and Azure SDKs is expected to enable threat detection and automated response. Engage clients to tailor security configurations and optimize cloud environments.

Qualifications

Job description

Cloud Security Engineer (4-6yrs):

• Design, implement and manage cloud security technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel SIEM connectors, analytics rules, workbooks and incident response playbooks.
• Design Microsoft Sentinel dashboards and automated playbooks aligned with prioritized security requirements.
• Use security automation platforms and languages such as Python and KQL in Logic Apps, Graph API and Azure SDKs for threat detection, hunting and response.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, manage interactions and provide configuration and optimization guidance for Microsoft security environments.
• Configure and validate security tools (e.g., Sentinel Analytics Rules, Logic Apps, Microsoft Defender for Cloud etc.) to align with customer policies.
• Research, engineer and recommend improvements to enterprise security architecture and toolsets.
• Support incident response and security operations in coordination with customer.
• Understanding of NSGs, Private Links, Private endpoints, Azure LB, Entra ID, PIM etc. and other cloud technologies.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts or Azure CLI scripts on Linux will be a plus.
