Responsibilities

• Lead a team and enable your team members to perform tasks effectively.
• Serve as interface between client and operations teams.
• Identify and drive business/service/system improvements with the team.
• Plan and prioritise tasks to meet objectives.
• Run and improve the on-call incident response process.
• Ensure platforms run reliably to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain security and protect data assets.
• Monitor cloud costs and optimise spend.
• Improve communication channels within the team and with stakeholders.
