Job summary

Careernet in Chennai is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure. This hands-on role focuses on infrastructure-as-code automation, Kubernetes engineering, DevOps tooling, and strong networking and security across Linux and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 2+ years experience engineering Kubernetes solutions.
• Strong experience with automation tools: Terraform, Packer, Puppet.
• Experience with Git version control.
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking: VPNs, SDN, load balancers, DNS, API gateways, routing.
• Solid knowledge of cloud security principles and compliance.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Understanding of GitOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Strong emphasis on infrastructure automation and public cloud
