Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to monitor and optimize cloud environments, ensuring uptime and performance.

You will respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents with development and IT teams, perform routine maintenance, implement security recommendations, and document processes and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• BE/MCA/MSc degree required and relevant cloud operations experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant cloud operations experience.
• Proficiency in Azure or other public cloud platforms and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud environments to ensure uptime and performance.
• Respond to alerts and incidents to address system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with development and IT teams to minimize downtime.
• Execute routine maintenance and patch updates.

• Document operational procedures and incident reports.
• Create and maintain technical documents for cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings and work with product team to meet infra requirements.

Job Description

• Monitoring cloud environments to ensure uptime and performance

Mandatory/Requires Skills

• Proficiency or expertise in one of the public cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Understanding /Hands-on in Containerization topics
• knowledge of network architecture Hub-Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls
• Designing and implementation on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions
• AI Skills will be added advantage
• Experience in customer support & ITSM process
