Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking Cloud Automation and Platform Support professionals to back enterprise automation on AWS, focusing on platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation support.

The role requires experience with AWS services, Terraform, and Python scripting, along with strong communication to coordinate with global teams. In-office collaboration is expected with flexibility for remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud services and serverless technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or IaC concepts.
• Python scripting skills from basic to intermediate level.
• Experience in application/production support and cloud operations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise support processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for cloud-based automation platforms and services.
• Monitor application health, alerts, scheduled jobs, and automation workflows.
• Investigate and resolve platform, infrastructure, and integration-related issues.
• Support AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Glue, and Athena.
• Support Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) deployments and configuration changes.
• Maintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Support recurring operational and compliance-related activities.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams, cloud teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support platform enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in production support, change implementation, and release activities.

Job Description

We are seeking Cloud Automation and Platform Support professionals to support enterprise automation solutions running on AWS cloud services. The role will focus on platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure reliable execution of compliance and operational processes.
The ideal candidate should have experience supporting cloud-based applications, automation workflows, infrastructure technologies, and production support activities.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within global and cross-functional teams.
