Project Role : Cloud Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing and managing the cloud infrastructure environment by handling various technologies such as operating systems, databases, and virtual networks. • Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Document operational procedures and incident resolutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management including operating systems, databases, and virtual networks.
• Strong skills in scripting and automation to streamline monitoring and operational tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to cloud services and infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with security best practices and implementation within cloud environments.
• Knowledge of service restoration processes and incident management frameworks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
