Qualifications

• 10-16 years of total experience with 4-6 years in cloud migration.
• Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals and migration lifecycle concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure migration approaches, dependencies, and readiness activities.
• Proven ability in migration planning and delivery management for large-scale technology programs.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration programs, including scope definition, wave planning, execution tracking, and transition to operations.
• Develop and maintain integrated migration plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate delivery across infra, application, security, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, steering forums, status reporting, decision logs, issue management, and escalation processes.
• Manage risks, actions, dependencies, and changes while maintaining alignment with objectives.

Skills Required:

• 10-16 years of total experience, including 4-6 years of relevant cloud migration experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals and enterprise cloud migration lifecycle concepts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure migration approaches, dependencies, readiness activities, and migration waves.
• Demonstrated experience in migration planning and delivery management for large-scale technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior business, technology, vendor, and delivery teams.
• Proven experience establishing governance and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Good to Have:

• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Project, Jira, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or AZ-900 certification or experience.

Education :

B.Tech or MBA.
