Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company in Chennai is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Developer with 3+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience to build and support integrations, reports, data conversions, and technical HR/payroll solutions.

The role requires strong technical problem-solving, collaboration with business teams, and delivery of high-quality HR/Payroll solutions while supporting Oracle HCM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support.
• Experience with: Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI Reporting, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, OIC, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience supporting one or more Oracle HCM modules such as: Payroll, Core HR.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience troubleshooting integration and production support issues.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Design and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL loads, and Fast Formulas.
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based interfaces.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle HCM applications and integrations.
• Perform data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
