Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor customer-facing applications, servers, and network infrastructure for 24/7 availability.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor cloud environments to prevent incidents and improve performance.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues across multi-tier cloud applications.
• Support cloud infra and app operations using AWS, Unix/Linux, networking and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and project teams to maintain reliable cloud solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for smooth releases.
• Identify vulnerabilities and bottlenecks; propose solutions.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure according to security policies and best practices.
• Analyze system performance, implement improvements, and optimize environments.
• Provide technical support, manage escalations, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing cloud tech and improving operational processes.

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with mandatory AWS Cloud experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cloud operations and incidents.

Role & responsibilities:

• Managed and monitored customer-facing applications, servers, and network infrastructure across cloud development environments, ensuring 24/7 availability and stability.
• Performed incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for monitoring alerts and infrastructure issues.
• Proactively monitored cloud environments to prevent incidents and improve system availability and performance.
• Troubleshot complex application deployment issues across multi-tier cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Supported cloud infrastructure and application operations using AWS, Unix/Linux, networking fundamentals, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborated with DevOps, engineering, development, and project teams to implement and maintain reliable cloud solutions.
• Supported CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient application releases.
• Identified infrastructure vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and application performance bottlenecks, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintained cloud infrastructure in accordance with security policies, operational standards, and cloud best practices.
• Anaylzed system performance and stability, implemented improvements, and optimized existing cloud environments.
• Provided technical support to customers, managed escalations, and coordinated with stakeholders to resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
• Assisted in implementing cloud technologies, improving operational processes, and maintaining system reliability.

Preferred candidate profile:

• AWS Cloud knowledge and experience are mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams, developers, DevOps engineers, and customers.
• Hands-on experience in cloud support, monitoring, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Ability to handle incidents and resolve technical issues efficiently.

This is a remote position with working hours aligned to international team operations and business requirements.
