Job summary

Joveo is hiring for the New Initiatives AI Labs in Bengaluru. We seek a Software Engineer who will lead greenfield AI product development, architect on AWS, and collaborate directly with CXOs to shape cutting-edge AI-powered growth stories.

You will own the full lifecycle—from ideation to production, deployment, and scaling—while rapidly prototyping new AI experiments in a fast-paced environment. Join us to engineer the breakthrough and drive impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of developer experience.
• Strong AWS ecosystem proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from idea to production.

What You’ll Do

• Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You’ll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.
• Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you’re helping shape the strategic roadmap.
• The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the \"Connective Tissue\" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.
