Job summary

Joveo is seeking a Software Engineer for New Initiatives AI Labs in Bengaluru. You will lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products, design lean cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, and collaborate closely with CXOs to shape the strategic roadmap.

You’ll own the full lifecycle from development to deployment and scale, embracing a builder mindset, rapid prototyping, and versatility across backend, infra, and AI integrations. Office-based, 5 days a week, with work hours 2–10 pm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Comfort working with AI/ML models and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Engineer from 0 to 1: lead greenfield AI products from idea to production.
• Architect on AWS: design deployable cloud-native infrastructure.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: partner with leadership on strategy.
• Own the full lifecycle: develop, ship, maintain, and scale solutions.

• Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You’ll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.
• Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you’re helping shape the strategic roadmap.
• The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.

• The Experience: 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience. You’ve built, deployed, and scaled products that people actually use.
