Job summary

Sutherland Global Services Private Limited is seeking a Senior IT infrastructure leader to drive portfolio and P&L, cloud strategy, and governance across multi-cloud environments. You will collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to shape strategic technology initiatives and deliver value to marquee clients.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to navigate complex negotiations while aligning operations with business

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture or managed services leadership.
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, FinOps and containerization/automation pipelines.
• Proven track record in leading large client negotiations and portfolio economics.
• Excellent CXO-level stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance, SLAs, pricing models, margins, and multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Direct multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and migration roadmaps.
• Grow hyperscaler alliances and joint go-to-market programs.
• Embed security-by-design and risk compliance across infrastructure layers.
• Mentor cross-functional engineering and delivery teams and advise executives.

Job Description

• Portfolio & P&L Management: Own financial performance, service level agreements (SLAs), pricing models, margins, and multi-million-dollar contractual obligations. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
• Cloud & Hybrid Strategy: Direct multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data centers, and migration roadmaps. [ 1 , 2 ]
• Partner & Ecosystem Leadership: Grow hyperscaler alliances, co-sell motions, and joint go-to-market programs. [ 1 , 2 ]
• Security & Governance: Embed security-by-design, zero-trust frameworks, and continuous risk compliance into all infrastructure layers. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
• Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Mentor cross-functional, matrixed engineering and delivery teams, advising C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualifications Experience: 12+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, or managed services leadership.
• Technical Depth: Deep working knowledge of compute, storage, networking, FinOps, and containerization/automation pipelines.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of leading large client negotiations, shaping managed services deals, and managing portfolio economics.
• Communication: Exceptional CXO-level stakeholder engagement, strategic advisory, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
