Job summary

Sutherland is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure and cloud leadership professional to own financial performance, SLAs, pricing models, and margins across multi-million-dollar contracts. The role will direct cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data center strategies, and migration roadmaps while expanding hyperscaler partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, advise C-level executives, and embed security and governance across all infrastructure layers, ensuring risk

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, or managed services leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar contractual obligations and portfolio economics.
• Strong strategic advisory and cross-cultural leadership with CXO exposure.

Job Description:

• Portfolio & P&L Management: Own financial performance, service level agreements (SLAs), pricing models, margins, and multi-million-dollar contractual obligations.

• Cloud & Hybrid Strategy: Direct multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data centers, and migration roadmaps.

• Partner & Ecosystem Leadership: Grow hyperscaler alliances, co-sell motions, and joint go-to-market programs.

• Security & Governance: Embed security-by-design, zero-trust frameworks, and continuous risk compliance into all infrastructure layers.

• Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Mentor cross-functional, matrixed engineering and delivery teams, advising C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, or managed services leadership.

• Technical Depth: Deep working knowledge of compute, storage, networking, FinOps, and containerization/automation pipelines.

• Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of leading large client negotiations, shaping managed services deals, and managing portfolio economics.

• Communication: Exceptional CXO-level stakeholder engagement, strategic advisory, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
