Job summary

ZS is seeking an Information Protection Analyst in its Pune Enterprise team. You will administer Windows Server environments and AWS cloud services, perform security hardening, and support infrastructure operations to ensure reliability.

With 2–3 years of cloud operations experience, you’ll contribute to monitoring, patching, and automation using PowerShell. The role requires strong collaboration, English fluency, and a client‑first mindset at ZS India.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or higher in CS, IT or EE.
• 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in cloud operations and Windows system administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Systems Manager and Route 53.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, administration, security best practices and access management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and File Services.
• Ability to perform server configuration, user administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and system hardening.
• Good understanding of operating system patch management, monthly security update deployment, backup, recovery and system availability concepts.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for server administration, automation, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Experience using monitoring and logging tools to investigate system performance and infrastructure issues.
• Understanding of enterprise data center technologies, including Networking, Security, TCP/IP and Firewalls.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Windows Server or Azure‑related certifications will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, a collaborative approach and a can‑do attitude.

The Cloud Administrator will be part of the CCoE Compute Windows Team in Pune. As a Cloud Administrator, you will administer and support Windows Server and AWS cloud environments, and participate in planning, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, security hardening, modernization and operational support activities.
