Job summary

Paytm Payments Services seeks a Growth & CLM Leader to own growth for the Paytm for Business app across activation, engagement, retention and winback, with a strong focus on service/product journeys. You will build a data-led growth engine through analytics, experimentation, lifecycle marketing and AI/agentic automation, leading a high-performing Growth & CLM team.

The role requires 10+ years in Growth, Product or Fintech, proven leadership, and a strong data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Product, CLM, Consumer Internet or Fintech.
• Proven track record of driving app growth and lifecycle marketing at scale.
• Strong data orientation with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven people leadership experience managing Growth and/or CLM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own app growth across activation, engagement, retention, monetization and winback.
• Drive growth for key service/product journeys and optimize critical user funnels.
• Build and scale CLM programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, personalization and funnel optimization.
• Leverage AI/GenAI and agentic capabilities to automate and improve growth and CLM.
• Use customer data, cohorts and analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure impact.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth & CLM Leader to own growth for the Paytm for Business app across activation, engagement, retention and winback , with a strong focus on service/product journeys.

The role will build a data-led growth engine through analytics, experimentation, lifecycle marketing and AI/agentic automation , while leading a high-performing Growth & CLM team.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Own app growth across activation, engagement, retention, monetization and winback.
• Drive growth for key service/product journeys and optimize critical user funnels.
• -Build and scale CLM programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• -Drive experimentation, A/B testing, personalization and funnel optimization.
• -Leverage AI/GenAI and agentic capabilities to automate and improve growth and CLM.
• -Use customer data, cohorts and analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure impact.
• -Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Business and Operations teams to deliver growth charters.
• -Lead and mentor Growth Managers and CLM execution teams.
• -Establish strong growth metrics, dashboards and operating rhythms.

What We’re Looking For:

• -10+ years of experience in Growth, Product, CLM, Consumer Internet or Fintech.
• -Experience in Tier-1 product/consumer internet/fintech companies ; Tier-1 institute preferred.
• -Proven track record of driving app growth and lifecycle marketing at scale.
• -Strong understanding of growth funnels, retention, engagement, experimentation and CLM.
• -Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI/Agentic capabilities for growth automation.
• -Strong data orientation with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• -Proven people leadership experience managing Growth and/or CLM teams.
• -High ownership, structured thinking and strong execution orientation.
• -Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
