• Trial Compliance: Support investigators in ensuring strict adherence to ICH-GCP, ethical guidelines, and trial protocols.
• Participant Liaison: Assist with patient coordination and on-site operational logistics.
• Continuous Upskilling: Actively participate in team reviews, clinical audits, and specialized operational training.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Completed or currently pursuing B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, or related healthcare fields.
• Experience: Strictly for freshers and recent graduates. (Note: Candidates with prior commercial clinical trial experience are not eligible for this entry-level track).
