Role Description The Clinical Research Associate - Entry Level role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the associate supports the planning, setup, and monitoring of clinical trials under the guidance of senior clinical research staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing study protocols, assisting with site selection and initiation, coordinating with investigators and site personnel, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. The role involves maintaining accurate trial documentation, tracking study progress, supporting data collection and query resolution, and contributing to overall clinical operations efficiency. The associate also participates in team meetings, learns standard operating procedures, and applies training to deliver high-quality support across clinical research activities.

• Strong understanding of study Protocol and protocol compliance in clinical research settings.
• Knowledge of the Clinical Research Associate role, including monitoring, documentation, and site communication.
• Familiarity with Clinical Trials processes, phases, and regulatory and ethical considerations.
• Ability to conduct structured Research, analyze data trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in Clinical Operations, including site coordination and trial logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant education).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Basic familiarity with MS Office tools and electronic data capture or clinical trial management systems is an advantage.
