Job summary

Rosterly is seeking a qualified nurse to conduct concurrent reviews of inpatient records to identify opportunities to improve documentation quality. You will confer with caregivers on additional documentation needed to ensure accuracy and completeness before patient discharge.

The role requires adhering to Joint Commission, Medicare, and third‑party payor guidelines while supporting physicians and care teams in the documentation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and RN license required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in acute care medical or surgical experience preferred.
• Current RN license or RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCDS/CDIP credentials could be considered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in acute care medical or surgical experience preferred
• Intensive Care Unit preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management with credentials of RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCDS, or CDIP with clinical knowledge
• 2 years of relevant experience in inpatient coding/CDI will be considered in lieu of an RN
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of practice
• Or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Documentation Improvement Professional (CDIP) could be considered
