Job summary

Drlogy in Mumbai is seeking a Clinical Associate in Emergency Medicine to assist ED teams with patient assessment, stabilization, urgent documentation, procedure support, and coordination with specialists. You will help triage, monitor, and support early treatment in high‑acuity cases.

Candidates should hold MBBS, MD, or DNB with 0–5 years of experience and be proficient in emergency care, trauma support, resuscitation, vitals monitoring, and ECG/lab review.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD/DNB must be completed and registered.
• 0–5 years of clinical experience in emergency settings.
• Knowledge of emergency care, trauma, and resuscitation.
• Ability to monitor vitals and interpret ECGs.
• Experience with documentation and patient management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency patients and record clinical findings accurately.
• Assist in triage, stabilization, and immediate treatment support.
• Monitor patients with acute illness, trauma, chest pain, breathlessness, fever, poisoning, and shock.
• Review ECG, imaging, lab reports, ABG, vitals, and clinical updates.
• Coordinate with emergency consultants, ICU, OT, radiology, lab, nursing, and specialty doctors.
• Assist in CPR, code blue, resuscitation, and emergency procedures under supervision.
• Maintain case sheets, prescriptions, progress notes, and emergency documentation.
• Support patient admission, transfer, referral, and discharge processes.
• Explain basic instructions to patients and attendants under consultant guidance.
• Identify clinical deterioration and elevate urgent concerns promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and medico‑legal information.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and emergency department protocols.
• Participate in shift handovers and clinical case discussions.
• Deliver timely, responsible, and patient‑centered emergency care support.
