Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist for IGT S to lead post-sales application training at new and existing sites. You will support pre-sales demos, develop relationships with clinicians, and enable customers to operate the system independently with strong clinical knowledge.

The role requires 3+ years in a Cath lab, fluency in English, and willingness to travel for regional activities and conferences. Onsite work model with field responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key IGT users.
• 3+ years’ experience in Cath lab; understanding of clinical anatomy, physiology and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Hand over system to users and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide clinical application support until users are confident handling the system independently.

• Develop new sites as demo/reference sites.

• Gather information about products and competitors.
• Internal sales training on key application tools.
• Create case studies, clinical newsletters, testimonials.

The Application Specialist is responsible for the post sales application training at new and existing IGT sites. He is responsible for pre sales demos of IGT products and support for clinical activity in his region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key IGT users .

Responsibilities

Educational Qualification

B.Sc/M.Sc Cardiology and Imaging Sciences

Experience

3+ years’ experience in Cath lab. Should have an acumen towards Clinical anatomy, Physiology, clinical procedures and workflow of medical system and devices.
