CureBay Technologies is seeking a Clinic Operation Manager to supervise eClinics across Odisha, ensuring profitable operations and a superior patient experience. You will drive patient walk-ins, coordinate with nurses and pharmacists, build doctor networks, and lead outreach efforts in the district.

The role requires strong leadership, SOP adherence, and the ability to implement new clinical projects while ensuring quality care and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Min 4–6 years in clinic operations or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, people management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience driving patient-centric service and revenue through care services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure eClinics operate profitably with a WOW patient experience.
• Drive patient walk-ins and convert them to revenue via services.
• Oversee district/cluster clinics; visit sites and coord with nurses/pharmacists.
• Generate doctor leads; manage doctor schedules and payouts.
• Lead outreach activities to raise awareness and lead generation.
• Map and manage patient journeys; resolve issues and follow up.
• Design/implement new projects with clinical staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure SOP adherence for patient journey and data management.
• Act as reporting manager for clinic staff and coordinate training.

Role- Clinic Operation Manager

Experience- 4 - 6 Years

Location- Baripada, Bhawanipatna, Bhadrak

Role and Responsibilities :

A. Primary role and responsibility is to ensure eClinics run profitably and with absolute focus of providing hassle-free, WOW patient experience.

• Ensure agreed number of patient walk-ins happen in the clinics
• Ensure conversion of patient walk-ins to revenue generation through patient care services
• Ensure eClinic profitability based on agreed targets
• Cross sell and upsell of key patient care services such as membership cards, medicines, diagnostics, surgery services
• Manage CureBay eClinics within a district/cluster as Clinic Operations Manager, you will visit the various clinics in-person and closely coordinate with the nurses and pharmacists posted at the eClinics to ensure patient walk-ins and high-quality patient care services.

B. Relationship building with medical consultants/Doctors:

• Generating doctor leads (locally)
• Managing doctor schedules per clinic ensuring doctors availability as per need
• Ensure timely Doctor payout settlement

C. Community awareness and outreach activities to be planned to support patient walk-ins:

• Expected to lead and drive Outreach activities (auto miking, social media etc) to create awareness on doctor eClinic visits
• Responsible for Know Your Health camp coordination, lead generation and revenue generation

D. Patient management and patient journey mapping to ensure high quality patient experience:

• Receive patient feedback and ensure quick resolution of patient issues, if any
• Follow up with patients post eClinic service
• Work closely with programs team to ensure implementation of evidence-based interventions for patients.

E. To be the leader in the respective cluster/district in designing and/or implementing new projects that involve clinical staff and community participation by collaborating with local stakeholders (ex. Eye care projects, Diabetes checkup, Womens health clinics, etc)

F. Adherence of the SOP in the clinics for the designated cluster on Patient Journey and Data management.

• Will be the reporting manager for nurses and pharmacists at the eClinic in your cluster/district in routine maintenance and functioning of the clinics for patient-centred consultations.
• Ensure the ongoing clinical training (on job training) of the nurses and pharmacists at the eClinic in coordination with the Clinical training team

G. Closely coordinate with the stakeholders from cross-functional teams at CureBay to ensure best of healthcare is provided to the rural communities we serve.
