Tradeindia in Delhi invites applications for Assistant Manager / Relationship Manager / Deputy Manager to build trusted client relationships, serve as the primary contact, and understand client business goals to suggest relevant solutions.

You will conduct regular check-ins via calls, emails and visits to ensure client satisfaction, drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain CRM records and provide revenue insights.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with client servicing and relationship management is preferred.

• Provide clients with ROI-driven insights to reinforce the value of our services.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through upsell and cross-sell solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings as per client needs.
• Coordinate with support, operations, and product teams to resolve client queries quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, renewals, and account activities in CRM.
• Share regular updates and reports on client feedback, account health, retention rates, and revenue contribution.
