Cur8e Media is a boutique creative agency based in Mumbai, seeking a mid‑level Project & Business Development Executive to own the space between client and creative. You will manage end‑to‑end projects, coordinate across teams, and help grow existing relationships while exploring new business opportunities.

Job description

We're Cur8e Media, a boutique creative agency based in Mumbai, working across brand content, films, campaigns, and events. We're a tight, quality-driven team, and we're growing. We're looking for a mid-level Project & Business Development Executive who can own the space between client and creative. Someone who keeps projects moving, clients happy, and new business conversations alive.

This is not a support role. You'll be expected to take full ownership of your mandates from brief to final delivery.

What You'll Own

Project & Client Management

• End-to-end project ownership from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outputs stay on point
• Define scope, build timelines, allocate resources, and keep momentum strong across all stages
• Manage communication between clients, creative, production, and operations teams with clarity and speed
• Anticipate risks, course-correct early, and ensure deadlines are met without last-minute chaos
• Ensure all deliverables meet creative intent, brand standards, and client expectations
• Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and payments, proactively and not reactively

Production & Creative Execution

• Source and manage vendors, including production partners and freelancers; handle negotiations, and ensure reliable delivery
• Lead post-production workflows: coordinate edits, manage feedback loops, and drive projects to final output
• Manage on-ground shoots: oversee execution, logistics, permissions, and real-time problem-solving on set
• Build pitch decks, treatment notes, and PPMs that clearly communicate ideas, execution plans, and timelines
• Create treatments and references: translate ideas into structured narratives, visual directions, and mood boards
• Develop detailed schedules across pre, shoot, and post phases with clear dependencies

Business Development

• Track leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Support outreach, partnership conversations, and proposal creation
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships
• Represent Cur8e confidently in client meetings and pitches

Who You Are

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a creative, content, or production agency. This is non-negotiable.
• You've managed projects end-to-end and have the experience to prove it
• Strong communicator, written, verbal, and on calls with senior clients
• Interested in setting up AI-driven processes and integrating it with work
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for timelines, budgets, and follow-throughs
• Comfortable with pitch deck creation in PowerPoint or Google Slides
• You understand creative work. You don't need to make it, but you know what good looks like.
• Proactive by nature. You flag problems before they become fires.
• Confident enough to push back when needed, collaborative enough to make it work anyway
