Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Client Services Project Analyst to support the successful delivery of client projects and workflows. This role works closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, manage client data processing, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of client requests.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, IT, CS, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Experience in client services, project coordination, eDiscovery, legal technology, or data processing environments.
• Working knowledge of Relativity Processing and Relativity platform functionalities.
• Strong technical aptitude with databases, review platforms, and business applications.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client and internal project requests, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor, track, and report project progress across multiple operational teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), playbooks, status reports, and workflow updates.
• Receive, review, organize, and process client data using Relativity Processing.
• Provide routine support and troubleshooting for Relativity Processing and workspaces.
• Interpret client requirements and communicate project instructions effectively to internal teams.
• Assist in resolving issues related to hosted or delivered client data.
• Manage project queues and priorities to support timely delivery of client requests.
• Support operational initiatives and client-facing activities as required.
