About the internship:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented CRM intern to manage client interactions, ensure seamless coordination, and deliver an excellent post-sales experience. This role involves acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of shoots as well as timely delivery of post-production work.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• A. Pre-shoot coordination:
  • 1. Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • 2. Collect essential shoot details at least 3-4 days in advance, along with a pre-shoot consultation call.
  • 3. Respond to all client queries. Ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every stage.
• B. Post-production coordination:
  • 1. Coordinate with photo editors to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • 2. Follow up with clients, assign editing tasks to editors, and track progress across multiple projects.
  • 3. Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
  • 4. Perform quality checks before final delivery to maintain brand standards.
  • 5. Address client concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and professionally. Coordinate with senior management to provide appropriate resolutions.
  • 6. Ensure proper data organization, file management, and backups.
  • 7. Ensure issues are resolved while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
