Job summary

Confluencr is seeking a Production Intern to work with our in-house team on digital-first content from planning to shoot execution. The role involves hands-on participation in brand and creator shoots and close coordination with creative, talent, and operations teams.

The internship offers real-world exposure to end-to-end production in a digital marketing setup, including on-field shoots and equipment handling. 3-month duration with a stipend and perks.

About the internship:

If you're someone who enjoys being on set more than just watching content online, this might be for you. As a production intern at Confluencr, you'll work closely with our in-house production team to bring digital-first content to life - from planning to shoot execution.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and execution of shoots for brand and creator content

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setup
  6. Prior internship/project experience in production is a plus

  3. Problem-solving attitude during on-ground execution
