Fractal Analytics is seeking a senior leader to guide the Azure Practice, defining strategy, standards, and governance while mentoring a team of Azure architects and engineers. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shape pre-sales efforts, and oversee on-time delivery of Azure projects.

You will drive the GenAI and Agentic AI agenda on Azure, leveraging OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure ML to deliver innovative solutions. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 20+ years in a leadership role within an Azure-focused practice or similar environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, and solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

2. Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Azure Practice aligned with the organization’s overall goals.
3. Provide leadership in defining and implementing Azure best practices and standards.

9. Collaborate with the P & A team to drive business development, including pre-sales support and client presentations.

11. Oversee the successful delivery of Azure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
12. Monitor and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
13. Technical Expertise:
14. Stay abreast of the latest Azure technologies, trends, and best practices.
15. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
16. Financial Management:
17. Develop and manage the Azure Practice budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance.
18. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization within the practice.
19. GenAI & Agentic AI Leadership
20. Define and drive the Azure-based Generative AI and Agentic AI strategy for clients across industries.
21. Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and related Azure AI technologies.
22. Enable the development of Agentic AI solutions leveraging autonomous agents, multi-agent architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI governance.
23. Partner with clients to identify high-value GenAI and Agentic AI use cases that drive business transformation, productivity, and operational efficiency.
24. Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI adoption on Azure.
25. Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to strengthen Azure AI capabilities, innovation initiatives, and go-to-market opportunities.
26. Guide solution teams on Responsible AI, AI security, data privacy, compliance, and model governance frameworks.
27. Support business development initiatives by shaping AI-led transformation proposals, solution architectures, thought leadership, and executive-level client presentations.
28. Drive innovation programs, hackathons, and capability-building initiatives to enhance the organization’s GenAI and Agentic AI expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (20 + years) in a leadership role within an Azure-focused practice or similar environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, and solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, etc.
