Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Strategic Leadership:
  • 1. Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Azure Practice aligned with the organization's overall goals.
  • 2. Provide leadership in defining and implementing Azure best practices and standards.
• 2. Team Management:
  • 1. Lead and mentor a team of Azure architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • 2. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
• 3. Client Engagement:
  • 1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing Azure solutions that align with their objectives.
  • 2. Collaborate with the P & A team to drive business development, including pre-sales support and client presentations.
• 4. Service Delivery:
  • 1. Oversee the successful delivery of Azure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • 2. Monitor and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• 5. Technical Expertise:
  • 1. Stay abreast of the latest Azure technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • 2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• 6. Financial Management:
  • 1. Develop and manage the Azure Practice budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance.
  • 2. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization within the practice.
• 7. GenAI & Agentic AI Leadership
  • 1. Define and drive the Azure-based Generative AI and Agentic AI strategy for clients across industries.
  • 2. Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and related Azure AI technologies.
  • 3. Enable the development of Agentic AI solutions leveraging autonomous agents, multi-agent architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI governance.
  • 4. Partner with clients to identify high-value GenAI and Agentic AI use cases that drive business transformation, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • 5. Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI adoption on Azure.
  • 6. Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to strengthen Azure AI capabilities, innovation initiatives, and go-to-market opportunities.
  • 7. Guide solution teams on Responsible AI, AI security, data privacy, compliance, and model governance frameworks.
  • 8. Support business development initiatives by shaping AI-led transformation proposals, solution architectures, thought leadership, and executive-level client presentations.
  • 9. Drive innovation programs, hackathons, and capability-building initiatives to enhance the organization's GenAI and Agentic AI expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (20 + years) in a leadership role within an Azure-focused practice or similar environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, and solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, etc.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
