Job summary

Airiq 365 Limited in Gurugram invites a Client Onboarding Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding for B2B partners, guiding them through portal registration, wallet setup, and user creation.

You will verify KYC documents, perform risk assessments, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Technical and Finance to resolve onboarding issues while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, commerce, hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, or Compliance Operations.
• Experience in travel technology, hospitality, fintech, or B2B services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for B2B partners, including travel agents, corporate clients, and suppliers.
• Guide new clients through portal registration, wallet setup, user creation, and platform navigation.
• Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documents such as GSTIN, PAN, Trade License, and incorporation certificates.
• Perform credit and compliance risk assessments before activating accounts or extending credit.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance to resolve onboarding issues and activate accounts timely.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM and backend systems.
• Periodically review existing customer profiles to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines throughout onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for B2B partners, including travel agents, corporate clients, and suppliers.
• Guide new clients through portal registration, wallet setup, user creation, and platform navigation.
• Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documents such as GSTIN, PAN, Trade License, Certificate of Incorporation, and other compliance documents.
• Perform credit and compliance risk assessments before activating customer accounts or extending credit facilities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure timely account activation.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM and backend systems.
• Periodically review existing customer profiles to ensure continued regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, or Compliance Operations.
• Experience in the travel technology, hospitality, fintech, or B2B services industry will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with Accounting Software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance processes.
• Understanding of debtor reconciliation and credit management.
• Familiarity with B2B travel distribution, GDS, IATA, or wallet-based systems is preferred.
