Responsibilities

• Take all requests for service calls from clients immediately or return calls within 30 minutes.
• Complete all intakes for new clients and enter them into our system.
• Handle concerns from clients.
• Attend 9am Teams meeting with the Celtic Team.
• Review nightly calls from the answering service each morning.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Nurse Staff, and HR Recruiter for client coverage.
• Prepare contracts in DocuSign and email to clients for signature; follow up to ensure return.
• Hold conference calls with client team of caregivers and nurses for assessment of quality of care.
• Create a monthly schedule for proactive client follow up in Generations system.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients.

Celtic Angels Inc. is looking for a motivated Client Care Manager in the Metro West Area to ensure timely, consistent quality client care that meets Celtic Angels standards. Duties of the Client Care Manager include being proactive, Going out to potential clients homes to meet with them, reaching out to clients on a regular basis to check in and documenting all conversations in the Generations software system. This requires working independently as part of the Client Care Team . Must be a team player with a positive attitude, dependable, kind and a great sense of humor. This position is responsible to the Operations Manager. If you have previous experience as a Client Care Manager and you are a Positive Caring Team player, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities
