The Senior Manager, Client Contract Review and Financial set up is a key leadership role within the Client Analytics. This position reports to the Director of Client Analytics and is responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on delivering high-impact review of Client contracts and set up Financials, Rebate & Pricing discount guarantees. The role combines people leadership, analytics expertise, operational execution, and strategic problem-solving.

This position will be responsible to lead and guide the team who would be responsible for interpreting client contracts to identify and set up Financial, Rebate, and Pricing Discount Guarantees. In addition, this position will assist in reconciliation reporting. This includes gathering results and preparing reporting to present to Account Management for distribution to clients. The position requires regular communication with cross-functional areas in order to meet deadlines, including Client Pricing, Account Teams, IT, Audit, etc. The ability to communicate requests, results, and issues effectively with team members, management, and cross functional areas is essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to proactively contribute to driving and developing best practices across the Financial Client Operations team.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage a team performing specialized operational and analytical tasks that include reviewing client contracts and set up financials, rebate , pricing discount guarantees.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of financial responsibilities across assigned functions.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights and ensure timely review and set up of clients
• Identify and implement process optimization strategies while maintaining operational stability working closely with Automation team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align team objectives with broader business goals.
• Mentor the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence.
• Review of client contracts and setting up of Financial, Rebate, and Pricing Discount Guarantees in respective systems.
• Development, analysis, validation and communication of reporting provided to Account Management.
• Support & Execute special projects as assigned.
• Key point of contact to Account Management on issue resolution by providing data analysis and special reporting requests.
• Support Internal and External Audits by substantiating and providing right data and facts.

Operational Excellence & Innovation

• Establish and implement best practices for client contract review, financial setup, quality assurance, documentation, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Monitor team capacity, workload allocation, and prioritization of contract review and financial setup activities to support timely and efficient execution.
• Drive adoption of artificial intelligence, automation tools, and advanced analytics techniques to improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and enhance process accuracy.
• Identify and lead opportunities to automate recurring contract interpretation, financial setup validations, reconciliation activities, reporting processes, and client deliverables.
• Partner with technology, analytics, pricing, account management, and operational teams to implement seamless capabilities that strengthen controls, improve turnaround times, and enhance client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
• 13 – 16 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Excellent PC skills with ability to utilize MS Excel and MS Access.
• Knowledge of PBM and healthcare industry preferred.
