Job summary

VisionaryHire LLP is seeking a Clearing & Settlement Associate to support post-trade operations and ensure timely trade settlements in a busy market environment. You will handle reconciliation, exceptions, and daily cash/fund checks, working with brokers, custodians, and exchanges.

The ideal candidate has 0.5–2 years in clearing, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate settlement and reporting. Full-time position based in Gurugram, India.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in clearing & settlement, trade operations, or middle office.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
• Experience with reconciliations and break resolution.
• Working knowledge of NSE/BSE settlement processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
• High attention to detail and strong stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor equity, ETF, and crypto trade settlements.
• Track settlement cycles (T+1/T+2) and resolve settlement exceptions.
• Reconcile trades, positions, and funds on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, clearing corporations, and exchanges.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, exchange, and NISM guidelines.
• Maintain audit-ready records, reports, and MIS.
